The KPT series cable-stayed rail transport vehicle is a rail-mounted transport device that achieves power supply by directly dragging a ground cable. Its working principle is extremely simple: one end of the cable is connected to a ground power source, and the other end is directly connected to the vehicle’s control system. As the transfer cart reciprocates, the cable is dragged between the rails, providing a continuous power source for the AC motor.

Unlimited operating time: Powered directly from the grid, it eliminates battery charging cycles and range anxiety, making it suitable for high-intensity work.

Ultra-low platform design: The interior space is highly utilized, eliminating the need for bulky battery packs and allowing for a very low overall height, facilitating the lifting of large and heavy workpieces.

Easy installation: No special requirements for rail laying (such as insulation treatment); ordinary rails are sufficient.

Extremely low maintenance costs: Aside from routine maintenance of the motor and reducer, almost no other consumables are required.

Short-distance inter-workshop material handling: Typically used for material transport between two workstations or workshops with a straight-line distance of less than 20 meters.

Machine tool/mold assembly: In mold workshops or machining workshops, it serves as a tool for quickly moving heavy molds and large castings next to machine tools.

Fixed-station circulating assembly line: In streamlined operations, it serves as a reciprocating transport node between fixed workstations.
