Sliding Contact Line Rail Transfer Cart-Heavy Duty Transfer Cart & AGV/RGV Systems

The sliding contact line powered rail transfer cart directly supplies AC power safety contact line power to the transfer cart’s AC control system for starting, stopping, forward movement, and reversing. Power is supplied to the transfer cart by the movement of the transfer cart, which moves the sliding contact line’s slider. The safety contact line is limited by its installation location; it can be installed in the middle of the track or in a trench outside the track. For safety and convenience, a cover can be added to the trench, and an automatic flip-up device allows power to be introduced from the trench to the rail transfer cart. The operating system uses a low-voltage 36V power supply.
